speaking! I do remember that from the beginning you were willing to help, offering your expertise and
comforting words without consideration of whether or not that there was anything in it for you! This
came as a very rare and appreciated Blessing considering all of the offers of so-called "help" for a fee
that had been coming my way!
John, you are a man of character, a Brother in Christ, and a new friend!
You not only gave selflessly of your expertise in an area that I lacked, but you gave me comfort in
knowing that Jesus Christ lived in you! As I said at the courthouse Tuesday, I will be praying for

My wife and I have given a lot of thought to how to best describe in words our life changing experience
with your company. The following is a short summation of our four year long story, and we sincerely
hope that it helps people learn from our mistakes, and to use your company to achieve their goals.
Ring, Ring, Ring!!!
Who is it now? Crap!, it's another bank calling about the debt owed on these real estate rental
properties. That's the 6th one today! I keep telling them the truth ... I don't have the money, the
market is very bad, and I'm trying everything I can think of to sell these properties and pay
them off now. Month after month, NOTHING is working & there are no, cash buyers.
Until I met John Folan, that's exactly what our life was like for 4 long years. I hired him to be our
real estate broker and run the whole process of short selling ALL of these properties, ASAP.
4 quick months later, the first one closed. 2 quick months later, another one closed, and another
and another; until they were ALL GONE. Additionally, 90% of the debt was gone too! The 4 year
nightmare that weighed heavily on our hearts was finally & completely over.
Praise God!
How do we feel? Simply ... Joyful & Free!!!
It could be 20 years from now, I can see the day so clearly in my mind, I'll still be picking up
the phone to call John to say thank you for the life changing results you helped us achieve.
